Contact Copper Vale Home Services

The fastest way to reach us is a written service request with four things: your address, what’s failing, when it started, and what you’ve already tried. If water is spreading or you smell gas, handle safety first, then send the request.

Goodyear and the West Valley, AZ — see all service areas.

If the Situation May Be Unsafe or Urgent

Leave the area and call 911 or your gas provider if you smell gas. Stay clear of standing water near an electrical panel. If you can safely reach the main shutoff and water is actively escaping, close it, then request service. See the emergency plumber page for full steps.

Frequently Asked Contact Questions

Can I text a photo of the problem?

Attach photos directly to the request form above — wide shots of the wet area plus a close photo of any data plate or valve are most useful.

Do I have to be home for the appointment?

Someone who can authorize the work needs to be present — that can be a spouse, family member, or a tenant with landlord approval. Name that person in your request.

Can you come after 5pm or on a weekend?

Yes — we’re available Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm, plus a 24/7 emergency line for true water emergencies.

How long is your arrival window?

We text a two-hour arrival window with your technician’s name ahead of every scheduled visit.

What should I do before you arrive?

Close the main shutoff if water is actively escaping, clear the cabinet or attic hatch around the fixture, and secure pets. None of this requires opening panels or pressurized equipment.
